Anne McGrath is
a Human Resources Master-degree qualified consultant (majoring in
leadership and organisational change) and vocational educator with
a vast range of vocational educational experience in management
and leadership programs.
An accredited workplace trainer/facilitator and assessor since 1997,
Anne spent many years at senior management level within a registered
training organisation (RTO) handling the practical and management
aspects of administration, sales, marketing, training and assessment
via face-to-face and distance learning delivery, plus some instructional
design. There she was responsible for managing 3 training divisions
that required the project management of over 3500 participants and
nearly 500 programs. Anne really has the “inside” running
in how to make the training/facilitation event work.
An energetic and dynamic presenter, Anne has the ability to impart
knowledge and information to people of all ages, backgrounds and
educational levels, with an emphasis on life-long-learning and personal
development, no matter what the subject matter. She has had experience
in cross-sector training and has trained participants in many industries
including government, manufacturing, small business, IT, Insurance,
Retail, Hospitality, Petrochemical.
Anne formed AMC in January 2003, and has trained participants in
various management programs such as the 3 levels of Frontline Management,
Assessment and Workplace Training, Retail Management, and other
proprietary programs such as time management, customer service and
organisational planning.
Additionally, she has been undertaken instructional design of accredited
and non-accredited programs and developing holistic assessments
for clients and RTOs that incorporate national learning outcomes.
Anne’s areas of professional interest are life-long learning,
mind, body and spirit wellness, leadership development and the management
of organisational change through consultation. She brings over 10
years experience in front line management and supervision to this
organisation.
