| All programs for individuals
on accredited programs are based on a 100% upfront
payment of the course fee. There is no refund after the issuing of
materials and commencement of training. All Corporate programs are based on a 50% upfront payment at least 30 days prior to commencement of program. The remaining 50% is required at the mid-way point. There will be a Corporate program cancellation fee of 25% of the WHOLE program price if the program is cancelled within 30 calendar days prior to commencement. Substitute participants are welcomed prior to the commencement of the 2nd day of training, however there will be no refund of any monies once the course has commenced. Direct deposit, cash, cheque and or Credit Card Facilities (Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard) are available. |

the event. A cancellation fee of 50% occurs if cancellation is received
in writing within 10 working days prior to event, and 25% applies
to all programs outside the 10 working day period.
