When I can’t be in water, I listen to water such as the waves crashing at the beach

 

When I can’t play music, as I have done since I was about 8 years old, I listen to music

 

If the skies are grey, I look for blue skies and sunshine

 

I read my favourite book “Pride and Prejudice” by Jane Austen, over and over and over again, and I then wash off the drama in either my outdoor or indoor shower

 

I distract myself to stop the looping drama in my head, let go, and then rise like a phoenix from the ashes
